ISAP- Immigration Settlement Adaptation Program
This program aims at offering basic services for newcomers to smoothly settle in their new country. These services include:

  • Information
  • Referral
  • Orientation
  • Interpretation and translation
  • Issued focused councelling
  • Simultaneous interpretation for the Ottawa Public Health Line
  • General employment support
  • Non-political advocacy and referral to the appropriate resources
  • Access to employment services
  • Accreditation from the appropriate academic
    institutions
  • Immigration / settlement issues
  • Housing
  • Social and cultural events
